Wayman Roofing Services was established in 1982 by three brothers with a single vision — to build something that lasts. Over 40 years later, that foundation holds. The next generation carries it forward: Tim and Dave Wayman now lead the business alongside directors Ben Jones and Marcel Cummings-Toone, supported by a team of 39 full-time staff delivering commercial roofing and cladding across the South Island.
Ben brings extensive business experience to the WRS leadership team, with a focus on building the systems and processes that keep the business running at its best. His drive for efficiency and continuous improvement ensures WRS delivers a consistently high standard across every project.
Tim carries on the family legacy that his father and uncles built from the ground up. With deep technical knowledge across roofing and cladding systems, Tim leads from the front on complex commercial projects across the South Island.
Dave grew up around the trade and has spent his career mastering it. His hands-on approach and commitment to quality workmanship set the standard for the WRS team.
Marcel brings extensive commercial acumen, deep product knowledge, and tendering expertise to the WRS leadership team. His ability to navigate complex bids and identify the right systems for each project ensures WRS consistently delivers competitive, well-specified proposals.
