Introduction
A flagship retail, trade and garden centre designed around operational performance and delivered with certainty. Mitre 10 MEGA Prestons required a partner capable of more than construction — one who could work to a fixed price, engage early, and deliver a high-performing facility with speed and minimal surprises. WRS provided complete roofing and cladding for this landmark Christchurch development, working in close coordination with design-build lead Tuatara Structures across 23 design iterations to refine the building envelope around customer experience, racking, and store flow.
